Have you heard about Jeonju Bibimbap? Jeonju bibimbap is a famous Korean dish that originated in the city of Jeonju.
What sets Jeonju Bibimbap apart is its focus on high-quality ingredients and presentation.
We are the only class in Korea with a special arrangement with the city government of Jeonju to produce this dish using ingredients fresh from Jeonju.
The dish includes many fresh and colourful vegetables, such as spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms.
Ours features locally sourced ingredients unique to the Jeonju region. A distinguishing feature of Jeonju bibimbap is the use of Jeonju-style gochujang, known for its slightly sweeter taste than other varieties.
