[Temporary Closure & Class Schedule Notice]

​Dear Seoul Cooking Club Guests,

​We are deeply saddened to share that a fire broke out at our studio yesterday around 12:00 PM. Fortunately, there were no injuries. However, due to property damage and necessary safety inspections, our main studio operations are temporarily paused.

​We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this sudden news may cause to those who were looking forward to visiting us.

​[Notice for Reserved Guests & Temporary Operations]

​Temporary Relocation to 2nd Studio: We plan to operate temporarily out of our 2nd studio (located in the same building) for approximately one month.

​Schedule & Individual Outreach: The exact start date for classes at the 2nd studio will be announced soon. Once finalized, we will contact each reserved guest individually to ensure your class can proceed as smoothly as possible.

​Direct Booking Cancellations & Refunds: If you booked directly with us and the relocated schedule does not work for you, we will issue a full refund immediately.

​Third-Party Booking Refunds (Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook): For guests who booked through Viator, GetYourGuide, or Klook and are unable to attend on your scheduled date, please contact customer support directly on the respective booking platform. They will process your full refund according to their platform policies.
