Jeonju Bibimbap
Have you heard about Jeonju Bibimbap? Jeonju bibimbap is a famous Korean dish that originated in the city of Jeonju. What sets Jeonju Bibimbap apart is its focus on high-quality ingredients and presentation. We are the only class in Korea with a special arrangement with the city government of Jeonju to produce this dish using ingredients fresh from Jeonju. The dish includes many fresh and colourful vegetables, such as spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms. Ours features locally sourced ingredients unique to the Jeonju region. A distinguishing feature of Jeonju bibimbap is the use of Jeonju-style gochujang, known for its slightly sweeter taste than other varieties.

Policies
CANCELATION POLICY
Please be aware that we require 24-hour notice before taking a class to ensure the preparation of the freshest ingredients. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time, as any changes made after this period will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
Due to the preparation required, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reschedule any bookings less than 48 hours before class time.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
We are fully aligned with the standards the Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency (KOSHA) laid out to reduce risks while you are in our care.
FAMILY CLASSES
Please note our classes are offered to parents with accompanying children aged 16 and above. Any younger children may relax in our waiting area if supervised. If you would like a class for the whole family, you can contact us to make a particular family booking to include younger children too.
INSURANCE POLICY
We have comprehensive fire and food protection coverage, and the premises are very safe with 24-hour surveillance and CCTV.
PREVENTIVE POLICY
We undergo regular inspections by CESCO to ensure that our health and safety standards align with nationwide regulations.
