👑 Founder Julian Kim: Culinary entrepreneur, food critic, author and top-rated food tour guide. With 16+ years of global living experience, he leads our mission to share Korea’s rich culinary heritage.
✨ Meet Our Dream Team:
🍱 Chef Olivia: After years of exploring global flavors in Canada, she returned to Korea and has been teaching both Korean and international dishes for over 17 years, bringing rich instructional expertise to our kitchen.
🥢 Chef Sally: Discovered her interest in flavors through a multicultural childhood. Armed with French culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu and a dynamic career in Sydney, she beautifully blends diverse global experiences with authentic Korean cuisine.
🌏 Chef Sharon: Trained in Japan and Australia, Sharon pursued formal French culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney before returning to her roots to share her refined expertise in authentic Korean food culture.
🍰 Pastry Chef Hyemin: With extensive experience in Singapore and leading bakeries in Korea, Hyemin oversees dessert development and production for Seoul Bundt Cakes. She is deeply passionate about evolving and sharing Korean dessert culture with the world.
